Day-to-day operational control of site safety, emergency liaison, contractor RAMS review, hot work permit control, LOTO / safe isolation expectations and production-area housekeeping.

Ongoing compliance support, RAMS visibility, review of RA/FRA controls and support following change, incident, audit finding or client request.

Current first aid position

Current nominated first aider: Guy Larner.

Recommendation: minimum two persons trained to at least Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) level to avoid a single point of failure.

Operational profile

Engineering / laser production environment with oxygen and nitrogen systems, vehicles, FLT/goods movement, racking, contractors and controlled access. No regular visitors are expected.

Guy Larner is the currently nominated first aider. The site should train at least two people to Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) level to support absence, leave and operational cover.

Vehicles and operations

Vehicle movements are to be controlled by the Works Manager. Drivers and works labourers must follow site rules, loading controls, pedestrian segregation and emergency access requirements.
