External oxygen tank within a restricted compound. Key focus: oxidising gas, cryogenic exposure, ignition control and emergency access.

Nitrogen generation plantNitrogen generation

On-site nitrogen generation and associated pressure equipment. Key focus: asphyxiation risk, ventilation, servicing and isolation.

Enclosed laser cutting machineryLaser cutting

Enclosed laser cutting plant with extraction. Key focus: guarding, interlocks, hot materials, fire load and authorised operation.

Forklift and material handling areaFLT / material handling

Electric FLT movement through production and storage areas. Key focus: pedestrian segregation, visibility, stable loads and traffic control.

Sheet metal storage and rackingSheet storage

Racked and palletised sheet metal. Key focus: sharp edges, falling stock, racking stability, access routes and manual handling.

Workshop fire safety and exitsFire safety

Workshop fire arrangements including escape routes, fire loading, housekeeping, extinguisher access and Front Car Park assembly point.
