All external contractors undertaking work at Laserfast Ltd must submit suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments and Method Statements before attending site or commencing work.
RAMS will be reviewed and accepted by site management to ensure alignment with site-specific risks including vehicle movements, hazardous substances, fire risks, restricted areas and operational disruption.
Submitted RAMS will be retained and may be reviewed by Roy Longley, M.IPSA, M.IRSM – Consultant, as part of ongoing compliance monitoring and assurance.
Work must not commence until RAMS have been reviewed and accepted by site management.

- RAMS submitted in advance of works.
- Site induction and briefing before work starts.
- Permit to work where applicable, including hot works or intrusive electrical work.
- Contractors to remain within agreed work areas.
- Non-compliance may result in work being stopped or access being refused.
