FLT pre-use checks, racking inspections, LEV examination, fire alarm/extinguisher checks, electrical inspections, gas system servicing, first aid checks and housekeeping inspections.
Revision control
V18 build. Risk Assessment rendering restored, RA export isolated from map/fire sections, and fire/FRA content retained.
Training and competence
Induction
Emergency arrangements, fire action, first aid, FLT exclusion, PPE, gas system awareness, slips/trips, sharp sheet metal and incident reporting.
Task-specific
Laser cutting, FLT operation, pressure systems maintenance, LEV maintenance, electrical work and racking inspection should be restricted to competent persons.
Refreshers
Refresh following incidents, near misses, layout changes, new plant, process changes, or where unsafe behaviour/conditions are observed.
